Cao joined Fosun Property in 2016. He now serves as the company’s Vice President and General Manager of Global Capital Markets.

Before Fosun, Mr. Cao worked at Deloite M&A advisory and SOHO China investment department. He also served as the deputy general manager of China Jinmao Holdings’ capital markets department and vice president of Everbright Ashmore real estate fund. Mr. Cao has over 16 years of experience in acquisition, en-bloc sale of commercial properties and structured finance. He has led the investment of more than 15 deals and closed more than RMB 50 billion of fund raising.

Cao graduated from the financial management major of Fudan University and he gained his MBA degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
